Questionnaire + Consultation
Fill out our food questionnaire. We’ll reach out via your preferred communication method to confirm your needs, pricing, and to answer any questions you might have.
Custom Meal Planning
We’ll email you a custom meal plan based on your individual needs and preferences. You can review, adjust, and substitute as needed.
Grocery Shopping
We can handle all the shopping at the grocery store of your choice. OR if you prefer, you can purchase your own groceries.
Cooking Day
The chef will arrive at your home on the pre-arranged date and time. Your meals will be prepared and packaged in containers of your choice and stored in your refrigerator.
Reheat and Enjoy
Your meals are fully cooked and ready to reheat when you are. Instructions for easy reheating and freezing will be provided.
Meal Prep Pricing:
Our pricing includes planning, cooking, cleaning, and packing your meals. The cost of groceries is not included and will depend on the menu, number of servings, and specific ingredients purchased.

*A shopping + travel fee of $40 will be charged per visit
Food Containers:
Food storage containers will be required for each visit. We can purchase reusable containers for you OR use single-use compostable containers.

Can you provide your own containers?
Yes! If you have containers you’d like us to use we are happy to. Please have them washed and ready to use on the day of cooking. If you need to stock up or upgrade your containers, we really love Ello Duraglass.
