Education + Experience:
Chef Bianca earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Culinary Arts from Bastyr University in Washington State. At this institution, she gained an immersive science-focused education, deepening her understanding of holistic nutrition principles. Since graduating, she has crafted menus and recipes for hundreds of clients with diverse dietary needs and continues to stay up-to-date in science-backed nutritional knowledge.
In addition to Radiant Plate, Chef Bianca is also the owner of Auntie B’s Pantry, an organic food business based in Kalamazoo, MI.
Wellness Journey:
Chef Bianca’s health journey started in 2012 when she adopted a whole-food diet and found healing from chronic illness. This experience ignited her passion for cooking with natural ingredients, combining her love for delicious food with a healthy lifestyle.
Drawing from her personal experience with food-based healing, Chef Bianca recognizes that each person's path to wellness is unique. Because of this, she is committed to providing highly customized meals that cater to each individual’s needs and preferences.
